1937 Chris Craft Deluxe Utility

 This 1937 Chris Craft is hull #1 of only 131 built and was used in the 1937 sales brochures. She underwent a complete professional restoration in 2012 including a 5200 bottom, book matched mahogany topsides, new ceilings, and transom. All chrome and instruments have been redone. It has the very reliable Chris Craft K motor which was rebuilt during the restoration.  Very rare model with center steering wheel and straight folding windshield, an option only available on the deluxe model. The boat has been kept in a boathouse since the restoration was complete and has seen light use every summer. Boat has a bimini top, full waterline cover, and a very nice Boat Wheels trailer.  For sale is a 23 foot Sea skiff. The boat is a definite project boat. The overall condition of the wooden hull appears to be in very good condition but needing to be refinished. It does have the motor and some of the hardware. I am unsure what is all possibly missing and what will need to be replaced. Restore to original condition or build it out how you want. The boat is sitting on a brand new custom tandem axle trailer that was purchased down state, used to transport the boat to where it is currently sitting and parked. contact me with questions and to set up a showing. It has been well taken care of and kept clean, the upholstery and chrome is in great shape.  It has been kept in storage for the last several years and has not been started.
